General about the role

The role is a combined position where you primarily share your time between purchasing and customer-related tasks.

In this role at Kjellbergs Plast, you are a key person in our organization and part of our management team. The role is broad and multifaceted.

Tasks and responsibilities

Responsible for customer order management. You are the daily face of our company in relation to our customers. You respond to their orders, communicate delivery notices, and ensure that we deliver according to our promises.

In this role, you are responsible for main planning. The work includes registering customer forecasts, certain production orders, and net requirements planning.

You will also be assigned overall responsibility for our inventory and stocktaking routines.

The position also includes some purchasing work, both strategic and tactical. The work thus involves both negotiating prices and terms as well as the practical purchasing of parts in the product range for our plastic production and assembly.

Overall, you will have process responsibility for main planning, order reception, inventory, and delivery.

Profile

To thrive in this role, we believe you already have a relevant post-secondary degree or equivalent knowledge and experience from the manufacturing industry in similar roles.

You possess the ability to translate requirements into activities and lead and distribute work without being a manager.

You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as many of our customers and suppliers are foreign.

You hold a B driver's license, as travel is required in the position.
